Our amazing coordinator Leticia made our wedding day extremely stress free and everything was soo easy with her guidance. I felt so special and it was a very genuine and warm experience to work with her. I felt like her number one priority all throughout the planning and the day! I wouldn’t change a thing! Coolibah was a fantastic wedding venue! It really fit our brief of rainforest wedding. The wonderful staff were super helpful and on the ball. The air bnb next door and onsite accomodation were very beneficial. With its garden vibes it is a beautiful venue for photos. Coolibah really let us be flexible with our time-line and our idea of what we wanted our wedding day to be which was a fun party vibe. We honestly had the most amazing & magical wedding day. We just had our wedding at Coolibah and it was hands down the best day of our lives. We had our ceremony on the beautiful croquet lawn, our cocktail hour in front of the love tree and our reception in the marquee. For our cocktail hour, we had an outdoor bar, a gelato cart (part of their gelato package), a champagne tower, lawn games and outdoor seating for guests. Our coordinator Kylie was nothing short of amazing — her attention to detail and experience was truly unmatched, allowing me to fully trust her with the details of our big day. The staff were extremely accommodating. We had so many compliments about the food, everything from canapés, entrees, mains to the dessert station, it was impeccable. Highly recommend this venue if you’re considering a hinterland wedding!
Every staff member at Coolibah Downs are amazing, they are all so helpful and friendly and they know exactly how to make your special day better than you could ever imagine. Tia was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing from start to finish. The set up team did an asking job setting up everything; ceremony (in the chapel), garden for cocktail hour and reception (in marquee). They did everything exactly how we wanted it and everything looked better than I could’ve imagined. The bar staff were awesome as well, I can safely say not many people went home sober. The food from appetisers, to mains to desserts were so beautiful and definitely worth every penny. Myself, my bridesmaids and Mum all got ready in the homestead which was amazing to get ready on site, it put my mind at ease.
Coolibah was the most amazing venue, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an all inclusive, highly supported and beautiful day. The team were magnificent and cater to everyone’s every need, the food was spectacular, the location was simply perfect. they managed all of my suppliers on the day for me, and touched base giving me updates as required. I would give them even more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you team, and a special mention to Kylie and Tia who were my biggest support!

Coolibah was honestly our dream venue! It is so beautiful everywhere you look, the food was 10/10 and I honestly can’t fault our wedding coordinator Leticia at all! Every time I would speak to her she would just put my mind at ease (which was a godsend because there was always a million things running through my head). I really can’t express how grateful I am to have had her as our coordinator – she is truely the best <3 I 110% would recommend this venue to anybody getting married. It’s so worth it!
I had been following Coolibah Downs on Instagram for a few months, and when my partner proposed it was the first venue viewing we booked in. We had a couple of other venue viewing also booked in for the following weekends, but as soon as I visited Coolibah in person, I locked it in right away and cancelled our other venue bookings. Kylie, our coordinator, was amazing throughout the whole process. Due to personal reasons she wasn’t able to be there on the day, but Emma and the rest of the team were amazing in her place. Staff were friendly, easy-going, and attentive. We had so many comments from guests on the food (feasting style), and the venue looked beautiful.
We had our wedding at Coolibah Downs Private Estate over the weekend. Our coordinator Tia was honestly so amazing to work with. The venue is absolutely stunning, food was delicious & all our guests had a ball. Tia helped to make sure my nerves were calm throughout the whole process/day & I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding.
